Support
Questions, bugs and feature requests all land in the same inbox, and it's mine. Here's how to reach me, and the answers to the things people ask most.
How to reach me
Email hello@sergiowehbe.com, or use the app: Settings → Support has Ask me a question, Report a bug and Suggest a feature. Each one opens a pre-addressed email, so you don't have to explain which app you mean.
I won't promise a response time. I'm one person, and a missed promise on a support page is worse than no promise at all. What I will tell you is that a human reads every message, that human wrote the app, and feature requests genuinely do get built.
Common questions
Where is my data stored?
On your device, inside the app. There is no account and no server of mine holding your invoices, customers or company details. If you switch on iCloud sync, a Pro feature, the data syncs through your iCloud account, not through me.
The privacy policy sets out exactly what is and isn't collected.
How do I send an invoice as a PDF or an e-invoice?
Open the invoice and use the share button. There are two flavours: Share PDF and Share e-invoice (Factur-X / ZUGFeRD). From there iOS offers Mail, Messages, Files, AirDrop and anything else in your share sheet.
Which e-invoicing standard does the app produce?
Factur-X 1.0 (Basic), spec ID urn:factur-x.eu:1p0:basic: the hybrid
PDF-plus-XML file that Germany calls ZUGFeRD, built on the EN 16931 semantic
model. The app is not an XRechnung generator.
Producing a valid file is not the same as being compliant. France additionally requires transmission through a certified platform (PDP), and the app does not guarantee that your business meets every legal or tax obligation.
The app says a field is missing when I export a Factur-X invoice
That is the pre-export check doing its job. Factur-X requires company and customer details that an ordinary PDF invoice can happily do without, so the app validates the invoice before writing the file rather than letting your client's system reject it. The alert takes you straight to the field that needs filling in.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by me: on your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Inside the app, Settings → 👑 Pro version shows where you currently stand.
Cancelling does not delete anything. Your invoices, customers and companies stay put; the monthly limits come back and the Pro features stop working.
How do I get a refund?
Through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. I can't issue refunds myself: Apple processes the payment and I never see your payment details.
How do I delete my data?
All app data lives inside the app, so deleting the app deletes it from the device. If you had iCloud sync switched on, also remove the app's iCloud data from Settings → your name → iCloud, since that copy belongs to your Apple account rather than to the app.
What exactly does the free plan allow?
Ten invoices created and three invoices shared or exported per calendar month, per company, for as long as you use the app. There is no card and no expiry date, and sending the same invoice again in the same month does not count a second time.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone and iPad running iOS 18.5 or later.
Reporting a bug
Report it however you like and I'll work with it, but these four things turn a bug report into a fix considerably faster:
- What you were doing, in the order you did it.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- The app version and your iOS version. The app version is in Settings → This app → About.
- A screenshot, if there is anything to see.
Please don't send a real invoice with a client's details on it just to illustrate a problem. A screenshot with the sensitive parts covered, or a description, is plenty.
Privacy and GDPR
The full privacy policy covers what the app collects, what it doesn't, and how long anything is kept. For a privacy or GDPR request, email hello@sergiowehbe.com, or use the Privacy & GDPR contact row in Settings → This app → About, which opens the same email with the subject filled in.
